Hole by Hole

1 Duff

A nice hole to start with, reasonably short, straight  and slightly downhill. Try to keep your drive to the  left as the approach shot to the green is easier.

2 Leys

If you have been smart enough to view this hole  from the clubhouse then you will find the second  shot to the hidden green easy, if not then, be  careful.

3 Quarry

A deceiving short hole that requires an accurate  tee shot or else you're in trouble

4 Braes

A shortish par five with out of bounds over the cliffs  on the left and a ditch which can catch your drive.  Play short of ditch and up the right and you are in  with a chance of a birdie.

5 Plateau

An elevated green which is protected by bunkers.Play your drive and you will open up the green nicely.

6 Hillock

One of the toughest on the course so don't make it harder by trying to clear the ditch in two, it seldom works so play short and try for a pitch and putt

7 Fife

A tricky par 3 with a very unforgiving green which slopes right to left. A good tip is play an uphill putt.

8 Langshank

Longest hole on the course but if you keep your ball on the fairway the par is there for the taking.

9 Gamrie

Cutting the corner of this dog leg is for the big hitters only, play up the middle and you will still have an easy shot to the green.
